How can I ensure product quality?
At Kibal, we’re committed to high quality, and each product goes through a quality check before shipping.
Shipping & Delevary
When will the product be shipped?
We work with several warehouses in Spain and abroad, once an order is completed we will process the shipment within 6 to 14 days.
What if I enter the wrong address?
If the delivery address is incorrect it is the buyer's responsibility, please make sure the shipping address entered is correct.
We do our best to expedite processing and shipping time. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel it, the shipment will continue its course and there will be 2 delivery attempts, if you still want to cancel please do not pick up your order, after 15 days we will process a refund.
Return & Refund
What about return policy?
Our Return Policy is 14 days after receiving the order, unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund or size exchange after the date has passed.
To make a return or size exchange the item must be unused and in the same condition as delivered, for more information please contact us.
What if my order's wrong?
Please contact our customer service team at info@kibal.shop to start the return process. Please include the following information:
Order Number
Proof of Purchase
Video or photo of the product to be returned (if applicable)
Full shipping address
Phone number
In some cases, you may be asked to include a video or photo of the defective product as proof in order to refund or replace the product.
How long does the return take?
Processing returns can take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will send you an email to confirm once your return has been processed. For returned items, a full refund will be credited for the returned products. For non-defective items, the refund excludes all shipping and handling charges.
